About Dr. Anil Bhan
Dr. Anil Bhan is one of the mostskilled and reputed heart surgeon in India, with a vast experience spanning over 40 years. H He is a leader and pioneer, recognized for designing and development of over 50 surgical instruments. Dr. Bhan has performed over 15,000 successful cardiac and vascular procedures.
He was one of the team members to perform the first successful Heart Transplantation in India in 1994. He has been associated with establishment of the three cardiac surgical programmes – at Putta-parthi, 1992, Whitefield 2001 and Max Heart and Vascular Institute Saket (2004). Dr. Bhan has performed more than 15,000 cardiac and vascular procedures with excellent outcomes, and is sought after by the patient from aroundthe world.
He graduated from Medical College Srinagar (Best outgoing graduate-Gold Medalist). He possesses largest experience in Aortic surgery in India. He has designed and developed more than 50 surgical instruments in the field of cardiac surgery.
