After completing her MBBS from Madras Medical College in 1985, she obtained her post graduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine from Radiation Medicine Centre, Tata Memorial Hospital in 1991 and then finished her DNB (Nuclear Medicine) course from Batra Hospitals, Delhi in 1993. She has worked in SitaramBharatia Institute and All India Institute of Medical Sciences before joining Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals in 1995. She has over two decades of specialized experience in Nuclear medicine and Molecular Imaging.
