• Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at no additional cost before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for medications that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging. This restriction also applies to refrigerated medications, custom-compounded products, and personal care items.

4. Return Shipping
