Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at no additional cost before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for medications that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging. This restriction also applies to refrigerated medications, custom-compounded products, and personal care items.
3. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team via email at info@indomedi.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Return Shipping
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. Please note that returned medications will be safely disposed of and cannot be restocked.
5. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), if your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
